Vehicle and Installation Requirements
So one of these lovely Tentbox hardshells will fit almost any vehicle, you just need to purchase a couple of cross bars (roof bars that run from left to right of the vehicle roof) with at least 80 cm between the front bar and the back bar.

Warranty, Repairs and Returns
Warranty
Tentbox offer a 1 years manufacures warrenty on all their roof top tents. Meaning they will replace or repair any damage or faults that become apparent due to a manufacturing defect. Damage caused by the user is not covered in this warranty. Be sure to follow the fitting and safety instructions or the warranty won't be valid. Tent box are super helpful chaps so even if there is a problem and your out of warranty they will be only to glad to try and help.
Repairs
The tent box warehouse is chocker block with spare parts and almost everything on is interchangeable so if you need something replacing they will be happy to help.
Returns
It doesn't often happen but tent box do accept returns as long as the tentbox is in an unused condtion and packaged in the same way it arrived at your door. IT is the customers responsibility to arrange and pay for the return shipping. Just get in touch and we will give you the returning delivery address.
