Book now with just a 25% deposit and pay nothing more up to two weeks before you travel.

Cancelation Policy

Cancellations made up to 14 days before the first travel date will be immediately refunded the full booking amount minus a 50.00 euros administration fee to cover banking and administration costs.

Cancellations made less than 14 days but more than 7 days before the first travel date on the booking will be immediately refunded 60% of the total price.

Cancellations made less than 7 days of the first travel date/time will be charged at the full booking amount and no refund will be given.

COVID-19 Cancellations due to travel restrictions

If within 14 days of your first transfer date/time your booking has to be cancelled due to COVID-19 and under the situations specified below then you can contact us and cancel your transfer and we will refund your booking payment minus a 50.00 euro administration fee to cover banking and administration costs.

Alternatively, you can receive a credit note for the transfer amount that is valid for 18 months of the date of cancelation. This credit not is also minus a 50.00 euro administration fee to cover administration costs.

  • Your ski resort is closed due to a lockdown
  • Your country of residence has imposed a travel ban on entering France.
  • Your country of residence has imposed a nationwide lockdown and you are unable to travel.
  • The French authorities imposes a travel ban for UK nationals entering France.

In the event of any quarantine measures being put in place by France or your country of residence our normal cancellation policy will apply.

Adapting our service:

We are operating within the sanitary measures and social distancing guidelines set out by the Department of Travai “VTC conducteur and taxi” guidelines to deal with the spread of Coronavirus whilst in transit.

Our drivers: Our drivers are all vaccinated and provided with the necessary PPE and are aware of the regulations we adhere to in order to ensure our passengers safety.

Hygiene and our vehicles:

We have put in place strict hygiene measures to enhance your safety. Before each transfer our drivers will wipe down every surface of the vehicle (e.g.  door handles, doors, seats, headrests, windows and floors) with recommended disinfectants.

Passenger’s will be asked to wear protective masks and sanitise their hands before entering the vehicle.

On board our vehicles our drivers now have:

  • Cleaning wipes
  • Disinfectant spray
  • Protective mask
  • Hand sanitiser
